AWAREing Inc.

is devoted to sensory and kinesthetic awareness as a vehicle for self-growth and life enhancing improvement. Learning is a key to our activities whether these involve teaching, writing, or publishing. Our inspiration is the work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, D.Sc., an Israeli scientist who developed remarkable learning processes to enhance health, awareness, and better sensory functioning.

Carl Ginsburg, Feldenkrais Trainer
While we are primarily located in Europe, we teach worldwide (Japan, USA, Italy, Austria, Germany, ...). This includes teaching public workshops, giving lectures, working with individuals, teaching in professional training groups in the Feldenkrais MethodĀ®, and teaching advanced trainings for Feldenkrais Practitioners.

The Intelligence of Moving Bodies is a genuinely enlightening work, a revelation to anyone who lightly passes over experience of his or her body and is thereby actually unfamiliar with the subtleties of bodily experience ...
An extensive survey of recent work in psychology on feeling, perception, and motion runs in tandem with the exercises and provides a much needed corrective to objective models with `how the body works`.
